Alright, first u need an m4 and when u do, go to a close wall and do this

first straight up
left
right
then left again until 30 bullets are out

try to practice on a empty server.
and always aim at head or neck

-How to shoot from far distance

when u shoot from far distance u might wanna take off that silencer unless u can shoot really well with it, but u still might wanna take it out.

alright what u do is

shoot 2-4 bullets at a time
always move short movement, stop then move again.

-Silencer
silencer for me sucks dick lol, but use it when u are in a sneaky postition.

A hint when using the silencer, (better for long distance shots) is to shoot 3-4 bullets at a time. Works for me Very Happy

That depends more on the amount of recoil you work best with, if your good with headshots, silencer all the way. If your like me and tend to shoot more around the area of leftarm/stomatch then your better without silencer
